We are excited to share that our local bat group has installed lots of bat boxes in our garden! These boxes will provide safe resting places for bats and help us learn more about which species live in and visit our area.
Bats are a vital part of our local ecosystem, helping to control insects and pollinate plants. Over the coming months, the bat group will monitor the boxes to see which bats make them their home.
Please enjoy finding our bat boxes — but remember, the boxes are protected, so please don’t disturb them!
