Wednesday Guided Wellness Walks

Every Wednesday during term time 9:30am – 10:30am

Continuing through the 2025 season and into spring.

This Mindful walk will begin before the garden is open for its usual day, and is perfect for some reflection, peace and connection with nature.

Dress for the weather and for light activity, we will sit on the Woodland Floor to take in our surroundings from time to time, this session will be perfect for meeting new people.

Tea and Coffee will be available at the café to finish the session.

Adults only at the session (Walks with babies and children may be added in the future).
